Pros:Process for renting very eas Rental process easy, staff friendly and helpful with luggage. Bus for pick up and drop off readily available. Attractive new car.Cons:The car only had 1400 miles on it but when sitting at a light it would frequently feel like it was going to stall. Fortunately it never did. In addition, I returned the car early due to the coronavirus and was told I would get money back for the early return but later found out that you would only give me a credit. I was not happy as this was my first car rental in 5 years and i have no trips planned for the next 12 months. i wouldn't have returned it early if there wasn't a pandemic and think the company should be more flexible than their "normal" policy of providing credits... think you should reconsider your policy due to circumstances.Reviewed Apr 9 2020

Pros:Everything went smoothly apart from the fact that the first car which was offered had terrible alignment. Sixt however very promptly switched cars for us very quickly and also upgraded us.Reviewed Dec 5 2019

Wrong CarPros:They had a car waiting for me but it wasn't the car I purchasedCons:They wanted me to take a van instead of the car I contracted for.
