Pros (+) No frills room, meant for a single traveller Request over phone was immediately attended to.
Cons (-) bed large enough for couple, not enough room for suitcases. Lack of drawer for shirts/socks/underwear that you cannot hang. Bed cushion needs to be cleaned. My wife was bitten by bed bugs every night....
