Pros (+) It's very accessible by both bus and train. There's a Michelin starred hawker stall not too far and it's within walking distance of more known places in Kampong Glam and Little India. The staff was helpful when I had an issue with my television two days in a row. They were quick to send someone up to resolve the issue. Cons (-) The room was small. I had a 27" suitcase and there was very little space to keep it in the room. The mini fridge didn't seem to work despite toggling with the inner dial. The walls are thin so if anyone is being a tad loud in the hallway or next room over, it might be disturbing.
