Love the location of this hotel, the executive rooms with club lounge access is perfect for a leisurely getaway, staff are always friendly and accommodating, this was our second time coming there this year and we will definitely be back next year.

Early check in cost an extra A$110.00 which seemed excessive. When we requested this we were not warned of this cost. Apart from this the hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were efficient & helpful. The hotel was a long way from central Singapore but bus services nearby were efficient. Low cost meals available nearby.

Pros (+) We were staying at the Sofitel Sentosa before we move to Mercure Roxy as a pit stop before heading to the airport. We were very disappointed with the services at the Sofitel Sentosa so we didnt expect much from Mercure Roxy. However the front desk surprised us with their professional and friendly services and acknowledgement of their guests needs. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was fantastic as ...
