Pros (+) This hotel was very clean & the breakfast very satisfactory.
Cons (-) It took quite awile to check in because there was only one clerk & seversl of us arrived at once.

Pros (+) The rate cane dramatically vary in this town and at this hotel. When the rate is good we always stay here, it has the best amenities, nothing too fancy, but super nice, comfortable, tasty breakfast with lots of options. Feels more like home.

Pros (+) Continental Breakfast had a lot of options and it was only a short drive from the hotel to sunset beach!
Cons (-) Hot tub was closed for repair :( Only one elevator brought some wait time in the morning.
Pros (+) The receptionist was really nice and had our room cleaned ASAP because we got to Santa Cruz early. The room was really nice and big and so was the bathroom.
Cons (-) Some worker knocked on the door at 8am to drop the bill under the door, maybe the cleaning lady? But we had to do not disturb note on the door and thought it was kind of obnoxious.
