    Good 6.5
    Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff.
Cons: Worst wireless internet experience. Unreliable. Hotel is showing its age.
    Okay 5.0
    Pros: Location
Cons: This is not a 4 star hotel. While it technically has amenities for 4 stars. This hotel is 10 years due for a renovation. Very disappointed with stay. Would recommend strongly against staying again. Shower like warm. Glassware not so clean. Included breakfast was powdered hot chocolate. Only good thing was parking much cheaper than most other hotels and room a bit bigger which did not come close to offsetting how disappointed I was walking in expecting a nice end to vacation room.
    Excellent 8.8
Pros: Spacious and comfy room. Really good location.
Cons: The wifi is too slow - almost non-functional and I couldn't work.

Pros: Location and staff were excellent. Love the decor, nice traditional feel when every other hotel trying to be modern or contemporary.
Cons: The room location and view. The value would be better if the room were priced lower to reflect the room location.
    Excellent 8.2
    Pros: Grand, historic, luxurious
Cons: I could hear everything from my room. Housekeeping, doors slamming, neighbors... I also think free wifi at hotels should be standard at this point - as it is at most hotels.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Great location. Nice staff. Beautiful decor.
Cons: Poor soundproofing- we could hear everything next door. $65 parking and $14 wifi. "Courtyard view" misrepresents the huge noisy cooling type towers. Breakfast was 1 1/2 hour late. Dinner in the restaurant was loud and only mediocre.

Pros: Room was large & I only had a queen. Bed, pillows & sheets all very good. Hotel is dated but some would call that charming.
Cons: My robe had stains on it.

    Excellent 9.7
Pros: I originally was trying to book this hotel via the QANTAS website however they had problems, so I rang the hotel direct and they were most helpful. Not only did they book me in, but they beat the original price and converted it for me to $AUD for my small brain. I drove to SFO from LAX - on arrival bell hop service was excellent, didn't miss any bags or jackets that were in my car. Stayed in the main building - Fairmont Queen room Clean and tidy Free WiFi BathTub Excellent staff Late checkout Food selection and room service Tonga room is a must see Location very central to anywhere you'd like to be in SFO
Cons: The main building although grand, is a little dated. The refurbished rooms are good, but the particular room I was in the door didn't fully open because the wall gets in the way, so for room service the trolley couldn't be wheeled in, food had to be carried in from the door, and there wasn't really any table to put the food on, only the writing desk or the fold out mini bar. I had to call for slippers

Pros: Very luxurious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the management. When things went wrong, they were accommodating to benefit me for the inconveniences.
Cons: Upon checking in, they didn't have our room available until the next day. Not sure how that even happens, but after talking to the manager, he miraculously was able to get our room. I had an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent they use on the bed sheets and my eyes swelled up. I was told that if you have allergies, you need to call in advance to make sure they wash the bedding with hyper-allergenic detergent (they normally use Dawn). For the inconveniences, they did comp me my room service.

Coffee in the room was poor. U would think they could provide quality coffee. Paper was delivered to some rooms but not ours

Pros: Queen Anne is a beautiful place to stay in San Francisco. The staff and service were great. The location is the best I was able to walk and enjoy the many scenes of San Francisco. I love the history of Queen Anne and love that they have the history printed out for you to look at. I also love their tea, sherry and treats that they give out at 4pm every day. It was great to wake up and enjoy breakfast in this wonderful establishment. I hope to visit again soon.
Cons: Wish they had bacon for breakfast. The smell of bacon gets me up in the morning.

    Cons: Air, water, noise, pillows
    Excellent 9.7
Pros: I loved the location, and overall appearance of this hotel. The staff was awesome. I enjoyed the tea, and coffee, and continental breakfast.
Cons: The beds had plastic liners which were noisy when rolling over or changing positions.
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent, central location nearby many points of interest, very accessible to bus system, airport shuttle service available, helpful and attentive staff, great complimentary breakfast and then sherry time in the afternoon (cute!), stunning common areas and cute, comfortable rooms. Made for a very pleasant home-base in San Francisco, would recommend and stay again.
    Excellent 8.8
Pros: The room was large as was the bed. The sheets and pillows were fabulous. The decor is totally themed Victorian but with modern bathrooms and TV. I moved to a back room which was very quiet. Staff was helpful. Breakfast included was fine - even had a fresh waffle-making machine.
Cons: Originally I was in a room on the 2nd floor facing Sutter Street which was noisy so I switched to a back room that was quiet.

Pros: If you're looking for convenience and a great location with amazing customer service, pay the extra cash and stay at the the Marriott Marquis. The convenience and hospitality here was amazing. I felt like I was treated like a VIP while staying in a basic room. Housekeeping was gracious, and welcoming coming and going every single day. Anytime I needed the smallest of things they were delivered promptly (toothpaste, towels, silverware, soaps, etc). I needed some mail delivered, they took it for me. Anytime my girlfriend and I needed directions or suggestions on great places to go the information desk were our saviors. VERY knowledgeable about the entirety of San Fran. The 55th floor bar has a great view of the city, the bartender was also great. There is a little convenient store as well as Starbucks located on the main floor for convenience. Great hotel!

Pros: Clean, had an indoor pool. Staff was friendly enough.
Cons: Everything was overpriced, maybe I’m not a 4.5 star hotel guy. Parking was $70/night incl tax (after 1st night I parked outside), water in room was $8. I needed some antacid at night, 2 tabs of pepto=$2. I guess I was expecting more, or it’s really for people who will use the bar and drink more. Water pressure in shower was too low.

Pros: We stayed a night since it was near our morning meeting. The layout and lobby is great, and the staff is very welcoming. Unfortunately let down by mediocre room experience (deluxe king) and we could not have a good rest.
Cons: The thermostat in our room was broken and it was way too hot. We tried re-setting it several times but it kept blowing hot air even though it was 75F. It was very difficult to sleep and sweated through the night. The shower pressure was very low. Having both shower head choices was nice, but it was difficult to feel clean because the water pressure was very low and so it took much longer to soap off. For a business hotel, you had to pay for internet. We used a hotspot instead. It felt a bit confused whether it was a luxury hotel or a business hotel, and for the price point I would stay somewhere else that has better value for money. Not having a good night sleep really affected my work day

Cons: Bathroom short on racks to hang towels Shower head water flow too wimpy Bathroom scale low on battery

    Pros: Comfortable bed, clean facilities
Cons: Check out was at 12:00pm as normal but was woken up by maid knocking on door at 9:15am. Charged my credit card $100.00 more than what was on invoice when I checked out. To be refunded within 5days or so supposedly....... It would have been nice to know beforehand.
    Good 7.1
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent.
Cons: There was no hair dryer, the room was dirty, there was a sock under the bed, a mask on the chair, and leftover food in the mini fridge.
    Excellent 8.8
Pros: I was on a top floor with a good view. Very friendly staff; I know they are all doing the best they can in this tough times.
Cons: If you plan to stay here long just know that no room cleaning is done until you check out. My stay was for 6 nights and I was only informed that my room would be cleaned on the 5th day when I was checking in. I know this is due to covid and them being careful but which person what to stay in a room that’s not being cleaned?! On the 3rd day I asked for my room to be cleaned and since they have a time that cleaning is done - it was done on the 4th day.
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean, and free room upgrade!
Cons: Parking situation was not good. The hotel has first come first serve self parking because of COVID but charge valet prices still. The parking lot was full so I had to find use a public parking lot.

Pros: The room was amazing and clean... The bed was very comfortable, the view was great but most of all we were impressed by the incredible staff - so friendly, professional and helpful! What a great experience.

Pros: Clean rooms and easy check-in and check-out. Professional and looks modern. Also, they have big bathrooms and nice towels and comfortable beds.
Cons: Every time I’m here, hotel is always busy, so rooms usually aren’t available until 3:00. They do have an ambassador program for extra perks, but it’s only good for intercontinental hotels and not the chain of hotels it’s associated with. Water pressure in shower is low, but it’s a roomy shower.

Pros: I liked how the staff was really attentive. Rooms clean, everyine real proffesional.
Cons: I didnt like the fact that when u drive in to check in they dont tell u that the charge for parking is 65$ . Also that the water thats in the room thats bottled i didnt know they would charge me 8:50$ for it. Ridiculous! I seen when i checkd out!

Pros: I hosted a bachelorette party at the Intercontinental and it was great!! The staff was very accommodating and helped us with making sure all the girls were taken care of. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the hotel was extremely spacious.
Cons: There was a "bouncer" type employee at night who gave me and the girls staying at the hotel a hard time. He required every girl to have a key in their hand to get in, even though we just had one person per room have a key because we didn't think it was necessary. He was extremely rude and borderline harassing.

Pros: Great hotel and staff. They treated us perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again. No complaints as all.
Cons: The location for us was a bit too close to some seedy areas of town. No problem, but you need to be careful which way you walk.

Pros: We moved here from staying a night at The Scarlet Huntington which was so noisy with road construction we couldn’t think. Everything was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Pros: The location is a big draw and it is a known entity in San Francisco. It met expectations.
Cons: We stayed in the Tower. The room was big and the furnishings adequate, but not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Somewhat dated. Pros: Great location right downtown sf. Close to restaurants and bars, great front desk staff and cleaning staff
Cons: Parking fees are outrageous, rude service desk, very small rooms, can hear every word from the other guests rooms
    Good 7.4
Pros: directly across the street from Union Square, so it’s perfectly walkable
Cons: Parking was atrocious. It took two hours to actually approach the parking garage bc of a traffic logjam, and we never got to actually park our car safely at the hotel. We had to find a random garage a few blocks away. Best bet is to drop your car off very early, or well after check-in time.

Pros: Very nice place for tourist visit. Room was a little small. Great location. Great lobby area. Wonderful outside area to relax after hours. Very hippyish place
Cons: Rooms were a little small. No coffee service in lobby and would have liked a breakfast bar.

    Good 6.8
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The game room was cool, but I didn't have time to enjoy it. The atmosphere was fun.
Cons: I wish I didn't upgrade my room. Not sure what my original room would have been like, but the only thing I liked about the room I upgraded to was seeing the bay. But there was black hair on the bathroom hair which I assume was from the maids or people who stayed before me. There were two things left behind from the people before, so it made me question how clean the room really was. I didn't sleep well because of where the room was located. I could hear the outside door to the stairwell open and slam shut. A group of people tried getting into my room because the front desk gave them the wrong room number. Overall I was disappointed and if I knew it would have been this way I could have saved myself some money.
    Okay 5.4
Pros: Great location, decent price for the area.
Cons: We paid extra for a king size bed and were put into a double size MURPHY bed! What a joke, we were so uncomfortable all night and the bed sloped downward toward the head of the bed so the blood was rushing to our head while we slept. Worst night of sleep ever and they had overbooked their hotel so they couldn't move us! I will not be staying there again!
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: Games room and outside space
Cons: No restaurant but they offered discounts to other restaurants.

Pros: Hotel was nice. Location good
Cons: My car was broken into in their locked parking garage. Got parking garage fee refunded. That was the extent of their apology.

Pros: The Hotel was across the street to Fishermans Wharf. The staff on Saturday had excellent customer service. The staff on Sunday morning did not compare.
Cons: Because we were in the center of the main attractions of San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf, it was noisy. Both from the street and people talking in the hallway. It made it difficult to sleep. Also, I didn't know how to use the Sleep Number bed.
    Excellent 8.0
    Pros: Wonderful bed and pillows
Cons: 1. Under construction. ...need I say more. 2. A new remodeled room had no bathroom counter space w/ a pedestal sink. Only mirror in bathroom.

Pros: Modern interior. Sleep number beds.
Cons: Noting stood out to not like.
    Good 6.6
    Pros: Nice location.
Cons: Having to pay 50 dollars for one night of parking. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, no fridge or microwave. Sleep number bed wasn't working. For $250 a night I definitely expected more.
    Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great staff and location cannot be beat in San Francisco.
Cons: Congested traffic around the hotel during the holiday weekend.
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the modern, nautical decor and fun seating areas and games! All in all an incredible experience!
Cons: Our overall experience was wonderful. There were a couple of minor details that could use checking. The shower drain was slow and the bathroom sink counter was beginning to show signs of rust. Might check into a sealer as we know it's only 4 months old and could tell that the staff was making an effort to keep everything really nice.
    Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great location, very cool theme throughout the hotel, lots of things to do in the hotel.
Cons: Staff was hit or miss. Although the valets were very friendly, they weren't readily available.
    Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location, location, location. Clean, friendly staff, cool fire pit area. Hot Spud right around the corner.
Cons: Unknowingly, we asked for a view room. We got a great room with swell views of the bay, piers, etc. However, that meant we were just across from the VERY loud street performers. And the idiots flooring their cars at 1 a.m. with modified mufflers. I suggest certainly staying at this hotel, but ask for an inside room.
    Good 6.5
    Pros: Nice Clean and modern
Cons: Could hear guests above us all night walking around. But the biggest downer was that while they advertise poking is available they don't tell you it's $49 a day
    Good 7.7
Pros: Great location! Very close to pier 39. Comfortable bed and pillow.
Cons: Soundproof was rather poor. I can hear people walking by my room and chatting very clearly.
    Excellent 9.7
Pros: Our stay at Hotel Zephyr was great! We booked a King Bed w/ balcony room for two nights and had absolutely no complains! Our balcony was waterfront and faced the fisherman's wharf as well as had a direct view of Alcatraz. The room was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful as well as provided us with coupons for restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the location and our entire stay at Hotel Zephyr.
Cons: There really weren't hardly any complains about hotel Zephyr minus a few small ammenities. We would've liked to have had a microwave in our room but it wasn't really an inconvenience anyhow. The gym was a little small and could've used some more equipment but again, wasn't a big inconvenience at all.
    Excellent 8.0
Pros: The atmosphere, the games, and the patio with lots of seating, fire pits and plantings were awesome! The staff was friendly and the concierge was very helpful.
Cons: The food choices at the hotel. The camper is touted as having food that is locally sourced and fresh, but when we looked at the menu, the only choices were personal pizzas and one soup. We got the pizzas and we're not impressed.
    Good 6.0
Pros: Stay here for the location. Right across the street from Pier 39, and walking distance to Ghiradelli Square, shops, and reataurants.
Cons: $50 + taxes to park per night. The fire pits were not working during our stay, and they were not apologetic for that. That was one of the main reasons why we decided to stay at this hotel.
    Okay 4.2
Pros: The location (and that's it)
Cons: The hotel was under major construction which we were not aware of in the slightest prior to booking the room. The room lacked more than a single mirror and there was no door on the closet (this wasn't a huge issue, but in a way it served as the icing on the cake for what was a pretty horrible hotel experience). I'm a Club Carlson member, and after that experience I am in no hurry to book a room at another affiliated hotel.
    Good 7.4
Pros: Short walk to the pier and other attractions. Near grocery store and the game room has family style tables so you can bring food in rather than dine out if you’re with a group.
Cons: 1. $$ To park 2. Need to step up their maintenance/housekeeping practices 3. Courtyard is a great idea but needs a refresh.

Pros: It was clean, well-appointed, in a great, central location, comfortable & staffed with friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. They even had a phone/MP3 dock w/ speakers & alarm by the bed, which was really nice & handy.
Cons: As with most SF hotels the price is a little steep, but more reasonable than many. The cable cars were a little noisy, but didn't really bother us. Valet was over $50 for 24 hrs, but that's kinda how it goes in SF.
    Okay 5.7
    Pros: Location
Cons: Mandatory "urban bundle fee" of $20+ per night, even if you don't use or want the services. Housekeeping was bad -- there was a half full highball glass in the hallway outside our room for our entire stay. When we arrived on a December evening the room temperature was set to 54 degrees with cold air blasting in. Overall not a friendly or welcoming environment, unfortunately.

Pros: I liked the lady at check in helping resolve an issue with billing.
Cons: Somehow, the hotel reservations people decided I should pay for an extra night when I had cancelled that night the previous week. The lady at check in was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue, but I was disappointed I had the issue in the first place. It was not clear to me why this happened. The room was nice - but quite expensive in my opinion.

Pros: Great offer to upgrade at a small upcharge - worth it given the view of downtown SF. Staff was great and check in and out was seamless
    Okay 5.1
Pros: Steve, one of the staff members, was very friendly and helpful. Aside from that, nothing.
Cons: Nearly everything. The rest of the staff seemed unimpressed with the hotel themselves and in fact mocked the hotel for intentionally using "false advertising" to lure customers into staying there. Upon arriving we received a "complimentary upgrade," which off the batt seemed wonderful, but once we entered the room we were appalled; we couldn't even imagine what our original room would have looked like. When I called down to complain about the striking difference from the pictures on the website the woman at the front desk replied that what I saw online was called "photoshop." The room was spacious, but empty; there was no headboard, safe or amenities. The hotel offered nothing, but rooms and was not the kind of place you looked forward to returning to at the end of a long day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would never return myself. For a couple hundred dollars more I could have stayed at the nicest hotel in San Francisco. This hardly ranks with the top hotels in the city, despite its high prices and false four star advertising online.

Cons: No one answered the valet parking phone three days in a row. No room service. A beer glass sat in the hallway for two days without being picked up. Kitschy "hipster" feel.
    Excellent 8.5
Pros: While the yellow carpet in the halls is a bit dated and worn, the rest of the Stanford court is updated, quirky, and fun. The staff is great, and the location is only half a block from the top of nob hill. Great weekend escape.
    Okay 5.1
    Pros: Nice location
Cons: Slow service from check in to check out Uncomfortable beds (pillows were worn flat, requested new ones and got two more flat/worn out pillows) Towel was dirty (not stained--it had actual chips of dirt on it) slow wifi Very low quality food

    Pros: Good location

    Excellent 9.7
Pros: Window view was loud but nice, room was clean and service was very good. Nice location. Jeffery was a great bartender showing professionalism with an intoxicated female needing assistance at the bar
Cons: Urban tax fee is a shady charge that was not explained at check in, The fee is for bike rental and internet, yet the Wi fi was listed as free and you would be insane to ride a bike down the hills. I had to argue to get it removed.
    Excellent 8.5
Pros: The room was great and the bedding was fantastic. The staff was great, very helpful. Location was ideal.
Cons: Since we were there during the renovation, there were no shops, etc. They had shampooed the carpet in the halls the day we arrived and there remained a wet rug smell throughout our stay.
    Good 6.8
    Pros: Nice hotel in general
Cons: The check in was one our delayed and the people in the front desk were not very servicial. Since it’s in the top part of the city, walking with kids or senior people is complicated. Breakfast options are not really option, it forces you to buy the full buffet.
    Good 7.1
Pros: The room size, hotel location, and hotel bar.
Cons: Confusing layout, couldnt easily located the front desk for check in (temp location due to redecorating.) Also, booked a king, was given a queen with a "better/more expensive view" not cleared with us before. It was too late to change rooms when that was offered.
    Good 7.7
Pros: Friendly staff, great location (walking distance to most attractions), comfy beds and updated overall.
Cons: Needed spa after some gruelling walks (need to be fit to get around) or simply jump on cable cars outside hotel ;). Although We found city pricy, hotel food offerings were excessive to say the least (no room service either?)Management has to know within walking distance are some great options for meals that are easier on your wallet.
    Excellent 8.0
Pros: Stanford Court hotel was in a terrific location. Cable car intersection right out the front door was super cool. The lobby and bar were upscale and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a boutique hotel in San fransisco.
Cons: The room size was a little small for the money, and you could hear everything from the hallway and surrounding rooms.

Cons: Air temperature is controlled by the front desk. You will need to call them to adjust (really, are we in the 1970s???)-unbelievable). The air condition smelled like mildew and gave me a headache the following day. My roommate kept coughing the whole night which we suspect was due to the mildew coming out of the A/C vent. Bathroom floor was not cleaned. Found gross hair (and other too gross to mention) on the floor. Corners underneath the sink have dust balls. the bathroom toilet plastic seat was burned that it looked like you poured acid on it. I cannot believe they have not replaced it. The electric plug in the bathroom is not secured and about to fall off, the hair dryer would not turn on because of the faulty plug. (Again, really????) So disappointing as when I think of Hilton, I think safe, clean and decent...not the SF union square. Front desk was very unfriendly. No welcome or "enjoy your stay" greeting. He couldn't find our reservation. When I showed him the confirmation number, he gave me the look and said "oh that's hotel.com's"...whatever that meant. As if he was treating us 3rd class as we had not booked it directly with them. After a few minutes, he finally found our reservation. Again, very unpleasant.

    Pros: I didn’t like anything....
Cons: This Hilton was completely disgusting and is nothin like any other Hilton. Not only was it old and beat down, it was way over priced. No room service. Rooms were wore out. Not to mantion breakfast was almost 40 bucks a person and didn’t service any real meals. The guy who helped us at the front desk had a suit on yet was a complete drug addict. I guess anyone can also work at this Hilton. Will never book a room here again. Could of got a better quality room at holiday inn.

Pros: they changed my room upon making the complaint.
Cons: location was horrible. very scary ....for the money I paid this location is not acceptable. I was attacked by homeless angry people couple times . One time I had to run for my life also the place was pretty old and there was a smell in the rooms. no fridge. at the time of check in , the price for the room that you can get the room was cheaper for $25.00 than what priceline gave me

Cons: Five minutes upon entering our room , there was another couple who entered. Apparently , the front desk assigned the same room and key card to different guests. After 15 minutes a guard came , checked the situation and assured me that everything was taken cared off. We went out to have dinner but when we came back we couldn't enter our room . I checked with the front desk and said the key card was de activated. We were never informed of such

Pros: After a day of run arounds, my trip was delayed about 7 hours, I was supposed to check-in at 3pm. I called the hotel to let them know I was going to be late so that they could hold my room. The 2 times I called to push back my check-in time the staff at the hotel made me feel like it was not hassle. Every time they changed my check-in they said drive safe and they would be waiting for my arrival. The staff definitely made me feel welcome when I finally got in and check in was in less than a minute. I walked up to the front desk to let them know I'm here to check-in and they asked for my name. The staff said we were waiting for you here's your key and I needed to sign after they swiped my card.

Pros: Great location near Union Square. Price was attractive. I would stay there again if I needed to save money, but I don't so I won't. Next time I will move to a higher price category.
Cons: The lobby is very small and has minimal staff (e.g., no bell hop even though there is a bell hop desk). There was constant fan noise in the room from outside an interior window. The breakfast is not worth considering. It took 75 minutes to get our car through the valet.

Pros: We loved Hotel Fusion so much! Stayed here for two nights after we drove up the coast. The decor and architecture was so amazing and inviting from a long day on the busy streets. We arrived early and they let us check in a little earlier then expected, because the rooms were ready and we wanted to rest for a bit. The bar was dark but romantic, with a spooky theme for Halloween. The staff went above and beyond everyone so friendly, Espcially the fun doorman with the puppet and the very friendly front desk woman. Thanks so much Hotel Fusion, we will definitely be back!!

Cons: This is frustrating experience because I was not expecting such a hassle regarding the booking of my hotel. Went to check in as expected to the hotel but was informed that there was no reservation under my name despite showing them your company's confirmation. Sadly, the hotel has no room available so my only recourse is to go back home and take the last flight. Fortunately, I was able to changed my flight reservation but I have to rushed to the airport and catch the flight. This is disgusting to say the least!

    Pros: New lobby area.
Cons: AC was broken so we couldn't sleep. We informed front desk but it was no surprise and they just said sorry without doing anything else for us.
    Okay 4.3
Pros: Good location near Union Square.
Cons: Rooms are very small and doors are ill-fitting. That means you get to hear what is happening in the hallways all night long. Every conversation, every slammed door, everything. If that's not enough for you, there are noisy air conditioning units in the lightwell just outside the window. The acoustics are not favorable for sleep at this hotel, but that's OK, because the beds are tiny and the pillows are lumpy, so you probably wouldn't sleep much anyways.
    Okay 4.0
    Pros: Good Location
Cons: Room was tiny, worn and just old. The picture in the preview were certainly not representative the actual lobby and rooms.
    Good 7.7
Pros: The hotel is convenient to Union Square and public transportation. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was decent compared to other hotels in the area.
Cons: The room was very small and the in-window air conditioner was very loud. This hotel isn't for people looking for great amenities. If space isn't a concern, and money is, this is an adequate option for the Union Square area.

Pros: The decor was magnificent. Only problem was in the bathroom the shower was either too hot or too cold. The temperature is difficult to control. Also, they don't offer complimentary breakfast that you would get at a normal hotel. Plus the parking fee was $35/night which was definitely out of our budget. It was convient in location because it's only about 15 mins from fisherman's wharf and 10 mins from Chinatown. Pros: Unique architecture, walking distance to downtown attractions and friendly staff.
Cons: Premium price for parking and limited breakfast options.
    Okay 5.7
Pros: Location was great. Easy access.
Cons: Tiny rooms, no work out facility or amenities. It is a room to sleep in and that's about it. I was lucky to have my own bathroom in my room. I believe some rooms have to use the hallway restroom.
    Good 6.3
    Okay 5.1
    Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: I didn't like the bathroom/ shower located in the hall way that was basically too small to use. I barely fit on their bed in the original room. I upgraded to get my own bathroom and shower for $50 extra and this out me right over 4th street. Where it was so loud (even with both windows shut) and so bright from other lights (even with the blinds closed). The bed was as hard as a rock and oh yeah, let's not forget $49 a night to park your car at their hotel that you just spent $180 a night for and won't be able to sleep anyways.

Pros: The staff were friendly and professional.
Cons: Absurdly expensive and your room is the size of a closet.
    Excellent 9.7
Pros: The hotel is modest but very nice. Everyone was friendly and the morning coffee was good. Never had an issue with the shared facilities. Being one block away from the Moscone Center was great. Everything was always clean
Cons: The "occupied" sign on the bathroom was accurate.

Pros: Nice roof top lounge, rooms are nice always clean friendly staff
Cons: Ellis street has lots of people on sidewalks doing drug deals sleeping in streets and using drugs but it's a reality check and you need to be aware.

    Cons: No Air Condiioning
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was very clean, room and bathroom are large, bed comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The top 8th floor lounge was nice and relaxing. Overall for the area this was the best hotel. Shuttle service to local visitors sites as well.

Pros: Friendly Staff, Clean Room, Downtown, reasonable rates. What more can you ask for?
    Good 7.7
Pros: given the rate, good and comfortable amenitiea
Cons: scary to walk around at night
    Okay 4.5
Pros: Walking distnce to Union Square and shopping. Wine reception from 5-7 pm but we didn’t have time to take advantage. When I called to confirm our reservation and check out at 4:30 am the next morning to catch our flight Dec 18, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. I asked him what time breakfast starts and he said not until 6:30 am but if let the front desk know when we arrive, they could probably make a small “to go” bag for us. I said that was great because we probably don’t need much just a small muffin would be good.
Cons: Work on customer service !!!! When we arrived at check in on Dec17, there were 2 ladies and a gentlemen. I asked them about the breakfast and they were more concerned about who I talked to, what date and time I talked to the gentlemen who offered the breakfast box. They said that he shouldn’t be making promises that he can’t keep. I felt my time was wasted and they said “we’ll see what we can do”. There was no follow up. The next morning when we checked out at 4:30am, when I asked the lady at the desk if by chance a breakfast box was left for us...she said that there was no note left for her.
    Excellent 9.1
Pros: The Staff was so kind, patient and helpful. They are what made my stay special. They are familiar with the area and local activities. We arrived super early and the staff held our bags, until we were able to check in, so we could start our sightseeing. The hotel was clean and we'll maintained. Great security and always felt safe (traveling as a mother and two teenage girls). Loved the shuttle service which was easily scheduled and on time. Room was comfortable and upgraded, which is hard to find in San Fran. WiFi was fast and no loss of connection. Highly rated and approved by teenagers. Housekeeping was great, efficient and cleaned room daily. Bottomline, I will stay again when I head back in September with my husband.
Cons: I'll say location as a con because it is the "elephant in the room" on reviews. You can't change location so there's only so much to say. The Thing is, it's not that bad. My daughters and I walked to public trans during the day and used hotel shuttle when we returned at night. No problems at all throughout stay. Area is what you expect from any major downtown area. There were homeless in front of the $400 per night hotels too so why pay more. Only "issue" I had was at the restaurant where you have your continental breakfast. They changed the breakfast options in January, which aren't reflected on the menu. No eggs, no potatoes and replacement of items are scarce. You can turn in breakfast voucher (reportedly worth $18.75) plus pay $8.75 and get the breakfast you were promised. That's seems like the voucher isn't worth anything because the breakfast is only worth $8.75. Eitherway, the oatmeal got me going in the morning.
    Okay 5.4
    Good 6.8
    Excellent 9.3
Pros: Here are the things that stood out to me: Front desk staff - Specifically Latoya. I've stayed in many hotels in my life and I can honestly say that she's my all-time favorite. The whole group liked her. Professional but with a "friend" vibe. Easy to talk to and joke with. In a past life she was probably a bar tender because she has that ability to make you feel special by taking interest in whatever you have going on. Gave us great suggestions/feedback on nearby eateries (too bad we didn't get a chance to try Brenda's Creole Soul Food). She would be a big reason I'd stay at Cova again. The rooftop - So cool! I was there with a group of guys celebrating a bachelor party so we had to get our rooftop wolfpack pre-blackout toast on. #TheHangover The room - One of our rooms was a double queen and it was spacious and comfortable and most importantly clean. That bathroom faucet is a trip! I also found the benches in each room to be a nice touch that you don't get in most hotels. Location - It honestly wasn't anywhere near as bad as many of the reviews make it out to be. My group and I walked around a lot and never did we feel unsafe. I walked by myself once and it was like any big city; you're going to get a wide array of people, from bums to business people to locals to tourists. In fact, Cova and the international hostel next door gave the street a very international vibe. BTW, don't let the movie "Hostel" corrupt your view of hostels the way it did to me for a long time. This one looked like a hotel and there seemed to be many European and Asian tourists staying there. Also, many good restaurants nearby. Lers Ros Thai food was bomb, Mr Crave right in front of the hotel is a gem, and although we never got to try Brenda's Creole Soul Food, it HAS to be good because it was always packed with a line of folks willing to wait up to two hours.
    Good 6.5
Pros: Hotel itself looks nice, close to points of interest.
Cons: The area surrounding the hotel was extremely rough and unsafe.
    Good 7.4
Pros: The hotel is nicely equipped and laid out. The room was nice, and I'd give the bed about a 5/10 in comfort. The staff was incredibly nice, saying hello to us every time we walked in, and goodbye every time we left. The included breakfast was fantastic, and that was a definite plus.
Cons: They didn't have HGTV - that's a must when traveling! The location was pretty rough. I read about other travelers complaining that the location was bad, but I figured they were exaggerating. Ellis Street is pretty rough - lots of homeless people urinating and defecating on the sidewalks, but if you just skip Ellis and walk down another street to your destination, you'll be fine. There were a LOT of sirens going by the hotel each night, but I think that might have more to do with SF in general than just the Tenderloin District. Some of the loud noises at night might have been gunshots, but they also might have been dumpsters slamming. Some people say they wouldn't walk around at night, but it's actually not that bad. The homeless shelters open some time in the evening, so the later you're walking around, the less likely you are to actually encounter anyone.
    Good 7.1
Pros: Clean room, good staff, wifi
Cons: Bad area of town, had an issue with water pressure in our room, breakfast is strange and not good
    Good 7.7
Pros: We booked this hotel for the Haloween weekend. Despite being in the Tenderloin this was a really great hotel and we had a great stay. We didn't have any problems with the homeless people we had read about in previous reviews. It looked like there was a security guard in front of the hotel maybe making sure people weren't loitering. It was really easy getting an uber to get to where we were going.
Cons: It was hot. Like really hot in the room. I know that air conditioners are not very common in san francisco but... maybe they could have left the balcony door open or something. It made getting our haloween costumes on kind of miserable. There were a couple fans to use but they didnt really help that much. Also, our toilet didn't really seem to work correctly.
    Okay 5.1
Pros: The desk and restaurant staff were very friendly.
Cons: I did not like finding out parking was extra, way extra. I paid almost 100 dollars to park Friday around noon until Sunday around 10am. With one out and return on Saturday afternoon. Seeing other hotels in the area with signs saying Free parking for guest and fee parking for public. Made me wish I'd stayed at one of them instead. Location is bad with crack and marriuana being smoked out in the open on the street surrounding.
    Okay 5.1
Cons: They charged me $300 on a bogus charge saying we had extra people I our room. When I called and asked them about it, they refused to look into it and made me go through my credit card company instead. They didn't even notify me of the charges.I saw them on my credit card statement the following month. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
    Excellent 8.0
Pros: Free shuttles a few times a day. Staff was super helpful showing us best values for travel, food. Honestly can't say enough good things about the staff
Cons: Rough area known as the tenderloin. I didn't mind and there were younger women on the sidewalk at night but area may be off putting for some
    Excellent 8.6
Pros: The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful throughout. Great rooftop terrace to go and enjoy the city view.
Cons: If you could pick up the hotel and move it, that would make it better. While we were never harassed or felt in danger, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. We heard gunshots in the middle of the night and saw a woman intimating on the sidewalk. We took lyft everywhere and didn't have an issue coming and going, however.

Pros: The view is the only thing we enjoyed.
Cons: Horrible customer service. My fiancé and I were treated very poorly and when I talked to the manager Jeff, he was very apathetic. We asked for 2 bowls from Jeff later on and they never came. I had to go down to the front desk to grab the bowls myself. We also needed assistance with the television and no one ever came to help. If you are looking for a place where you are ignored and treated poorly for $200 plus a night then is your place. I am astounded that a place like the Hilton could hire such an awful manager as Jeff.

    Pros: Great location.
Cons: I booked via kayak and which routed me via priceline. I paid extra for a queen bed with a bayview on a premium floor. However when I got to the hotel they said there is no such combination only the king beds have that combination. They either had a city view on a premium floor or a bay view on a low floor - where you could not see the bay. After some negotiating I settled on a double bed on the 18th floor with a bayview. Be careful when booking thru third party sites, it seems the descriptions are misleading.

I will not be booking with either Hilton or Kayak in the future.

Pros: Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out Great location between Financial District and Chinatown and within walking distance to Union Square and Telegraph Hill

    Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great Location and professional staff.
Cons: Small rooms, no small cooler for beverages in room. Small bed the size of a double. No room for toiletries in bathroom. I requested a quiet room and was given one right next to the elevator, go figure.

    Pros: Friendly front desk.

Pros: The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: For such an expensive stay, there were few amenities. Traveling with an infant, it was very inconvenient not to have a fridge or microwave in the room. We ended up ordering a bottle warmer from Amazon Now because there was no other way to warm his bottle. Also, the internet connectivity was poor. The parking fee was very high. .

    Mediocre 2.2
Cons: Hallways are too narrow, rooms are too small and you can't tell which door is for the bathroom or the closet once in the room, the bathroom is ridiculously small in their standard king room (closet might be bigger) - not worth what you pay for, and both elevators were down so it was a major inconvenience having to go up and down 7 floors. Thank goodness no one I was with was in a wheel chair. When 1 of the 2 elevators began working again, we still didn't trust it because of how small and noisy it was the one time we were able to use it. There is no parking- you have to hope you get lucky finding street parking - or try to find parking in the obnoxious parking structure around the corner, and by that time you might at well pay $50 for valet for the convenience of it. Overall, not a place I would recommend or stay at again.

Pros: Very Centric. Great Location. Staff was incredibly helpful since we found hotel after a bad experience.
Cons: Rooms are kind of small, but you go to San Francisco to spend time outside not inside the room so I guess it's ok.
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: It's small but nice. Bed is comfortable, modern furniture and style makes you feel good.
Cons: Small issue with idly placed wet bar sink in the suite, could have had an electrical outlet in this area. Also would be nice if they had more power outlets near the bed where you could plug your phone in.

Pros: I was very happy with my stay. The Good Hotel met all my expectations. At the price it is the best hotel in SF.
    Good 6.2
Pros: The location isn't terrible and the hotel is pretty cute. I think they must have raided an Ikea for the room decor. The parking lot isn't that big, and we had to pay $40 to valet at another hotel across the street. When we got to our room, we noticed it smelled funny and the carpet was wet under the window near the radiator. They moved us to another room which I think was a little smaller. The bathroom was unbelievably small, even for an older hotel. A larger person would have had quite a bit of difficulty getting ready in the mirror or using the toilet. Being that it was NYE, it was very loud. There were parties going on in other rooms and we could hear everything from loud music to couples having mediocre sex.
    Good 7.1
    Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great price for downtown, and 19 minute walk through Union Square.
    Excellent 10.0
    Excellent 8.6
Pros: The location was good, and staff was friendly. I liked my room and checked out a couple of the free bikes to ride to Golden Gate Park. Had an issue with the toilet when I arrived which was dealt with immediately when I called the front desk.
Cons: No refrigerator, room was a little small.
    Good 7.7
Pros: Decently priced compared to other hotels in San Francisco. The rooms were updated and nice. Good use of environmentally friendly amenities. No AC and the room we had got pretty warm when the sun came up, but the windows open so we could still cool off the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free bikes for guests to use. Close to touristy areas and public transit.
Cons: Lobby and hallways were a bit dated. Location was a bit sketchy at night, but we never felt unsafe. Housekeeping was sporadic. During our 4 night stay our room was not made up on 1 day and when we checked in around midnight, they had to check to make sure our room had been cleaned. Can be noisy at night with outside noise.
    Good 7.7
    Excellent 8.2
Pros: For all the eco-friendly/green, modern people out there this may be one of your best options in the city. They do their best to be eco-friendly and I'm sure they'll keep making improvements. They also have free bike rentals which was nice! The staff was quick to help, it was a great deal for our money, the "double bed" room was small but that doesn't bother me, get a queen room if you need the space. Other than that I'm sure you'll like it.
Cons: Parking was a bit expensive but there are no decent hotels with free parking.
    Okay 5.0
Pros: Friendly front staff. Easy check-in.
Cons: Bed was terribly uncomfortable. One of the worst I've ever slept on, and I'm pretty easy to please. The hotel was billed as eco-friendly which must be code for cheap, sterile, minimalist decor. A no frills room and I spent a LOT of money to stay here. I recommend staying at the Americania across the street. Same company, but an entirely different hotel experience.
    Excellent 10.0
    Pros: Customer service
    Mediocre 3.4
Pros: Be careful walking around at night, lots of homeless, not a great area. The idea the hotel is trying for is good. I like the bulk shampoo & soap dispensers.
Cons: The bed was small and uncomfortable, on a wooden crate of all things. We asked for pillows three times after waiting patiently between each request and housekeeping never brought them. The front desk was apathetic. Parking ends up being almost $40 in addition to the already way overpriced hotel room.
    Good 7.1
Cons: Parking is $35/night, which is about ⅓ of the cost of the room. Be aware of this if driving.
    Good 7.6
Pros: The hotel has everything you need for a business trip. It's clean and affordable. There are restaurants near the hotel and a CVS, where you can get whatever you need.
Cons: Some of the staff members at the front desk weren't the nicest.
    Okay 4.0
Pros: The coffee, beds, and showers were all nice.
Cons: There was no A/C as described. The vent made super weird noises. The Ceiling fan turns off ever half an hour at night which was incredibly obnoxious. Also did not feel incredibly secure - and the tv randomly turned on one morning while I was still sleeping.
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: I really enjoyed the fact that it was close to most of the main attractions in San Francisco. My boyfriend and I could walk to most places from the hotel.
Cons: I really didn't dislike much about the hotel. I think it would be cool if they offered complimentary breakfast :-) San Fran can be pretty expensive so having something taken care for us would be nice
    Good 6.5
Pros: The room was clean and the location is right downtown which is perfect. Probably only good for a short stay
Cons: There were only two pillows, the room was hot, and the tv was small. We weren't there to watch tv, but the last hotel we stayed at in Santa Cruz had a decent sized one so we were probably spoiled by that experience. This place is good if you need a place to crash, but something about it was just ehh. And you might as well pay the $30 to park in their lot because you'll never find parking in SF. And all the street parking surrounding it was only 1hr parking until 10pm

    Pros: Location, nothing else
Cons: This is a very small facility, the rooms feel like 6x6 and I think they actually are. The bathrooms are super small and old. There is a hanger not a closet and even after I complained about my first room the second was not much better.

Pros: Wine served in lobby from 5-6 nightly. So great after a long day of meetings! Bed was comfortable, large closet to hang my clothes. Updated bathroom.
Cons: No counter space at all in bathroom for makeup application.
    Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location cannot be beat. It is about a block north of a BART station and bus stops, the trolley is right outside the door, and multiple ZipCar locations are right around the corner. It is centrally located, allowing you to take a break in the middle of the day.
Cons: The standard rooms are VERY small. We paid the upgrade fee to get the executive king room. Double the space for $30. Worth it.
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: Modern hotel. Very helpful staff. Gave directions to everywhere we wanted to go and provided awesome places to eat
    Okay 4.2
Pros: Thought overall well designed hotel the look was modern
Cons: Additional fees not worth services including Paying for wifi - and the service was awful did not keep connection no worth the cost; air conditioning was extremely loud and rooms muggy; lighting in room too dim could not see anything, very weird lighting not convenient or sufficient for space
    Good 6.5
Pros: The room was modern and trendy with black, white, and exposed brick. Fixtures were nice and the view of Powell Street kept most of our attention.
Cons: We were upgraded to a larger Queen room, and it was terribly small. I can't count the number of times I smacked a toe or knee on the desk just trying to go from one side to the other. No AC. I had work to do, and had to sit on the bed with my laptop because the desk was so small I couldn't really even use it with the coffee maker also on the desk.
    Excellent 9.0
Pros: Style, decor, architecture, all aesthetic elements.
Cons: Union square is annoying if you're not a tourist. Of course I knew this going in so it's not the hotel's fault.

Cons: Mattress wasn't the best, and the elevator wasn't the quickest.

Pros: The lobby is very pretty, and the staff was great
Cons: Location sketchy, the beds are uncomfortable
    Excellent 10.0
Pros: I have stayed at the Hotel Whitcomb several times. It is very centrally located and is an excellent value for the money. It is an older hotel, but the owners have upgraded those parts of the rooms and hotel with which the guest regularly interacts. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The staff is courteous and attentive. The BART station is very close and the cable car terminus is about six blocks down Market Street. Again, it is a good value for the dollar.

Cons: - Toilet could have been a little bigger. It felt like my 5 year old school's toilet.

Cons: Bell hop and concierge is often rude. Lots of homeless outside on market St but they are harmless. Security guards make sure trey don't come in.
    Mediocre 2.0
Cons: The Kayak lists parking as an amenity. This is false. Ended up leaving the hotel immediately after getting my room keys from a jerk at the front desk and learning I could not park anywhere. Even when I attempted to pay for their valet parking which cost over 50% of the value of the room, I was denied service due to the fact that I have a pet in the car (a pet that would have stayed in the car over night). I'm now going through hoops and loops to get a refund (surprise! So far no and later a weak maybe), since the booking was made based on false information on the Kayak listing. Can you guys help facilitate the refund?

Cons: It's historic, but rather stodgy. My cell phone didn't have service, and the wifi is kind of pain. WiFi always eventually worked. Market St can get a bit adventurous, so at night you might want to walk in pairs.
    Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Good location. The hotel is right at civic center which is easy access to the financial district or china town. Very ghetto area though. Starbuck in the lobby. And thats the only good thing about it
Cons: Parking is limited. Horrible staff. Bad customer service. They dont care. Room stinks and dirty. Not worth for the money. We had to change rooms twice.

Cons: Shower has EXTREMELY low water pressure Garbage trucks were making very loud noise every morning around 5 AM under our window Hotel is located in rather bad area with lots of homeless people and resulting smells and garbage on the surrounding streets Problems with retrieving car from the valet parking which wasn’t cheap - $35 a night Long wait for elevators, not sure all 4 were working No coffee or tea in the room Towels are old and not very good

Pros: The location is close to restaurants and the mall. Some bathrooms in the rooms were recently renovated.
Cons: The bathrooms were small and not very clean. The sheets on one of the beds had blood stains on them. It look a long time to get maid service. The lighting fixtures were dusty. Rooms are overdue for an upgrade. The location is not in the best area of town. There were a lot of homeless people hanging around the hotel.

Pros: I loved the location of the hotel. We went to a concert at the Bill Graham Auditorium and we were less than a 5 minute walk away.
Cons: i didn't like the confusion of the check-out and how you needed a reciept for check out in order to get your car out of valet. It was a process that valet didn't tell us about and picking our car up was a long process.
    Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Cleaning staff work very hard - rooms are clean
Cons: One person in front desk at any time - lineup is long. Staff is abrupt and rude. Neighbourhood is scary and dangerous. No food - only Starbucks, no restaurant (it looks like it went out of business). Key cards needed recoding every day ( huge inconvenience) Do NOT stay here - too expensive and it’s a horrible experience.
    Excellent 9.7
Pros: I was a little put off that the hotel did not have a bar or lounge restaruant area. There is so much close by that it ended up being a really good thing as there were tons of options right outside the door.
    Good 6.2
Pros: Central location Fast checkin / checkout
Cons: There were bugs in the shower and the elevator didn't work sometimes.
    Mediocre 3.7
Pros: It is a historic hotel, so that is charming.
Cons: The rooms are small, even the beds are small and short. I hope you like it close and cozy with your partner. Our room smelled really bad like urin, so we changed the room. But even the other room had a wiered smell. I don't know how to describe it. The bathroom is o.k. the tub was old and yellow but you saw it was cleaned up. What made me really angry was the parking situation! I paied 38 dollars plus tax per night. I mean you are in San Francisco where you can see broken windows in cars all over the place. It is not like you can have your car on the street or somewhere else. Especially cause Market Street is not a good area at all. You shouldn't go out there at night. So for me it was much saver to place the car at the hotel but it was to expensive!

Pros: Loved the detail of building design inside and out. Step back in time with the interior lobby details. Wood details on ceilings. Elegance from lobby to elevators to hallways. But has all the modern details you desire inside rooms.

Pros: I stayed at the hotel the night before and after my trip to Burning Man. It has a great location, just a block from where I caught the Burner Express. It's also right on the subway and streetcar lines, and within walking distance to a lot of shopping. The hotel itself looks like an elegant hotel that has seen better times. The lobby is highly decorated in an old style and is beautiful. The hotel is very large. It was quite a walk to my room. The room itself was fine, but nothing too special. There is a Starbucks and a nice restaurant attached to the hotel.
Cons: When I arrived the first day in middle of the afternoon, they were a little understaffed, and at one point there was a about a 5 minute span that no one was at the desk to check people in.

Pros: We were amazed at the design, this hotel is 103 years old and we loved the history. The staff were very friendly and warm. The rooms are small which is due to the age of the hotel, but the room was very clean and smelled wonderful.
Cons: There wasn't much we didn't like
    Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff and restautant were great.
Cons: carpet in hallways were wrinkled and very unsafe
    Excellent 10.0
    Excellent 9.4
Pros: + THE STAFF: Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond their duties to be very friendly and extremely helpful! + THE BEDS!!!: Oh my gosh those beds and those pillows were heavenly! + THE HISTORY: I initially chose to stay here because of the hotel's great history, but I was thrilled to see that on the Mezzanine level they actually have a "Hall of History" with wonderful artifacts from the Whitcomb's heyday along with a couple of glass cabinets throughout the lobby area with even more old artifacts. There is also an art gallery dedicated to a couple of the local theaters/acts with pictures etc, that date from the early Jazz age to around WW2. The Hotel Whitcomb served as the City Hall after the 1906 earthquake while the original one was being rebuilt, and I read that there are still jail cells that in the basement that you can see if you ask, but unfortunately I didn't have time to do that this time but I'll be sure to ask next time because I will definitely be coming back
Cons: - THE AREA: The traffic is atrocious! It is so easy to get lost because of all the one way streets and no left turns etc.
    Mediocre 2.0
    Pros: Not a thing...
Cons: Understaffed. Horrible area of town Dangerous to be outside Valet is over $40.00 a night Rooms smell like my grandmother's basement Staff were absolutely unconcerned with guests Bar and restaurant hours are horrible Bar and restaurant staff as unfriendly as they come Rooms are dirty and unkempt. The noise is unbearable. Constant road noise even from 7th floor Horrible bathrooms with poor facilities Just a run down, beat up, poorly staffed disaster
    Mediocre 2.2
Cons: No wifi. Gave us a single instead of a double room. Very limited TV channels. Loud...very very loud. Extremely thin walls. I heard the ppl down the hall sneeze as if they were in my room. Staff wasn't very accommodating. Slow and small elevators. Overall, I would never stay here again.
