Pros (+) The way the rooms are decorated are so cute, clean, and unique. It felt like a boutique apt, adorable.
Cons (-) The staff at the front desk was constantly trying to overcharge or upsell. It was annoying and I didn't like having to constantly say no. Once I say no once, that should be it.

Cons (-) Front desk staff member was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to describe the following.... The air conditioner in my room was broken - they didn't repair it till the next day. Room service breakfast order was wrong, and then cold, and overcooked.
