Pros: The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff in the breakfast room always had smiles on their faces and were so hospitable...a nice way to start the day. The front desk staff answered any questions we had and the map of Rome they gave us on the first day came in very handy. After taking a long walk on the first day and then returned to the room, seeing the slippers placed by the side of the bed was such a comforting sight. Customer service was exemplary. The location, too, was convenient to so many attractions, as we chose to do a lot of walking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pros: Oh my goodness the hotel is in a prime location 10 min walk to Colossem, 10 min drive to Vatican City! The staff are beyond helpful. The hotel is super clean! We had our honeymoon stay here and we will be back!!

Pros: They rented us a room that the air conditioner was not working and the shower was not working , we got no sleep due to the temperature in the room ! And the staff didnt seem to care .

Pros: Our stay at h10 was amazing. As many others wrote below the revolving door was broken however there is another door directly next to it, zero inconvenience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The location is definitely outside the city but you can walk a few blocks and catch the 170 bus into town or take a taxi to the center for 15-20 euro at the most. The wifi worked well and was fast. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind staying a little ways outside of the city

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy. Although the hotel was not in the center of Rome, the bus system was great and there was no problem getting around. The grounds were lovely, but it was raining so we did not get to take advantage of sitting outside. A highly recommended hotel.
