Pros (+) Great location, nice that they had washer and dryer available for use.
Cons (-) Staff was pleasnt but wasn't all that helpful...kind of had to figure out where stuff was...a quick tour of facilities would have been nice. Also didn't like the fact I had to use buzzer to get in, (as then had to wait for them to open) Would have preferred a key. No breakfast provided.
