Service was horrible. Not sure how the hotel has over 4 stars. From the time we checked in, front desk did not feel inviting.

Pillows,Food and staff were good. Th hotel itself was dated and needs upgrades immediately. I had several mishaps with my room. I was moved to a new room and a few things didn’t work there either. Luckily the staff was nice and the overall ambiance was good as well.
