Pros (+) Facilities were fine, room was large and clean.
Cons (-) Bed was uncomfortable (but pretty typical for cheap Thailand hotels). The biggest issue was the club next door to the location, which blasted and bumped music until well beyond 2am. Also, the street this hotel is off of is closed down to vehicles at 5pm, so if you arrive later in the day be prepared to hike a fair distance with all your luggage (in the rain, as it so happened for me).
