Pros (+) I liked the service provided by every staff member especially the concierge! I would rate them a seven star if i could.
Pros (+) Luxury feel. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view over Osaka!
Cons (-) Lifts were confusing at first. Had to wait with tourist wanting to visit the observation floor for over 15 minutes before making it to the hotel
