Pros:
Nothing. Kayak sucks. The rental agency does not hold any reservations made through Kayak so there is no guarantee you will get a car. I reserved a Jeep Wrangler. The only option available when we got their was a Toyota Corolla. Spent two weeks jammed into a vehicle that was too small for us.Cons:
I’ll never use Budget or Kayak again. Go direct to the car rental company and prepay. It is the only way to guarantee they will have a car for you. Four other renters had the exact same experience while we were there fighting with the agent to get our rental so it wasn’t just us.2.0 Poor

When I reserve a car, I expect that to mean that a car will be available. Apparently this is not well understood by Budget. They did not have a car available as promised, so I can only provide the lowest rating possible as feedback. I won't make the mistake of reserving with Budget in the future.2.0 Poor
