Car was nice, clean, and comfortable.Cons:
Rate at pickup was about $70 more than rate quoted. (This was quickly fixed.) Drop-off point was a Mazda Dealership - there wasn't any signage at all. I had to ask the sales guys if I was in the right place and, even after they pointed me to the right place, the only "signage" was a COVID notice on the door and a rug on the floor INSIDE the facility. When a customer is trying to return property you by a specific deadline, this additional stress is not a good thing.9.2 Wonderful

bad customer service. car was paid for with third party priceline. insurance purchased as well. come to find when we got to the airport to get the car we were denied because we were using a debit card. clearly using the debit card to pay should have been a prompt to tell us we could not use this card for the car since it was not a major credit card. I dont even understand the difference anyway. pay is pay. this caused us to be late to an event where my sister was lecturing and a dinner in her honor was delayed. this could have all been avoided if the person booking would have explained this rule10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
We got a car that did not have a manual with information on how to access the controls. The car honked every time we tried to use the cruise control. And it took forever to get the ad by Serius XM to go off the screen. We finally went online to find the car manual and were then able to locate and use the controls. The car worked well after that. More importantly, the people at Enterprise couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.10.0 Wonderful

The lady behind the counter at the Lynchburg Airport was less than helpful. She seemed bothered by my questions. She was due any day to have a baby, and it really showed in her attitude. She should not have been at work, she should have been home resting getting ready to have a child.3.6 Poor

Lynchburg rental was just as bad. Horrible customer service. Was told I could go to the employee's job for her with checking the car in or I could leave my number and e-mail address and she could get to it later but there might be a late fee. Will not rent from either location again!7.2 Good

Recommended a upgrade which I took advantage of. The Maxima was a incredible and comfortable experience for the 6 1/2 hour drive. The car exterior was washed.Cons:
The interior of the car was not cleaned. Fingerprints were all over the back seat windows. Food wrappers were present in the car. The car seems to have needed maintenance as well. I was picking up some road noise from the rear axle and I also heard a bang sound when I took left turns coming from the rear as well. I did not feel the car was safe as it needed to be.9.6 Wonderful
