Pros:Location
Cons:Rude staff. Cigarette smoke smell in room. Poor bedding, disgusting carpet. Overall gross room.
Pros:Old and slightly shabby appearance. Good value for location- seems to be the cheapest around. Stayed 5 nights for a convention. 20 minute walk to the convention center. Room was very clean and cleaned daily for a 5 night stay. Whole foods 1/2 block, Ralph's supermarket 1-1/2 blocks, 2 drug stores about 3 blocks away. Refrigerator, microwave, WiFi in room.
Cons:Very noisy air conditioner
Pros:Very close to metro, shops, and restaurants
Cons:Some stuff was a little dingy and the staff didn't seem very interested in my needs
Cons:The elevators were very cramped for 4 people with luggage going to the 10th floor and proved difficult for one member of our party with claustrophobia. Also, the fan in the room did not succeed in bringing the temperature of the room down below 80 degrees, even at night.

Pros:It was very clean and the fact that they have two restaurants is very nice and the food was great. Nice location nice staff and was a good value for the money would stay again.
Cons:Parking sucks.
Pros:Your staff was friendly and down to earth, loved that!
Cons:Bed bugs. I actually saw on when taking off my shirt and my boyfriend and I have bites all over. Not okay. Won't ever come back.
