Pros (+) - Modern room decor - Big, clean bed and linens - Our stay was about $75/night, cheaper than most around while being comfortable - Room included two bottles of water and a couple of snacks
Cons (-) - Room was tiny, bathroom door couldn't quite open all the way without colliding with the toilet - Not enough parking. There are at least two rooms per parking space, but we found street parking on the block.
