Get a taxi; much easier.Very easy to walk to Oxford street and tube stations.The concierge service was great sorting out tickets for the Lion King saturday night show.We have our 10 y old boy with us and he loved all ; taxi at the hotel door at any time.The food was also great( I'm a chef).Will be back for sure

Pros: room was very nice , my flight was cancelled on sunday and the man at the con desk went out of his way to help me and i got another flight , sorry i didnt get his name so you could thank him for me . will be back alan went over to the 02 for tennis ,travelled alone as my wife had died last year and i tought the break would do me good and it did
