Pros:
Vehicle was clean inside; but not outside, attendant showed me how to use the new push/start button.Cons:
Vehicle didn't seem to have windshield washer fluid; it also indicated that tires were low on air. Getting into the drop off area was horrid especially at dark hours. I was counting on a Jeep SUV or Durango which I thought they had.9.2 Wonderful

Excellent car, booked a cross over SUV, got a cross over SUV.Cons:
No car was available at the scheduled pick up time. Had to wait ~30 mins. Luckily I wasn’t on a time crunch.10.0 Wonderful

Within 3 minutes of locating kayak.com on the tarmac waiting to board the puddle jumper between Calgary to Lethbridge I had a super great experience! Landed at the Lethbridge Airport and the amazing Paige from National in Lethbridge had a big smile and a key to a brand new mini van for me and my crew! Not only that but they gave me an excellent price and value package!!! Brought the vehicle to the front of the building and was warmed up ready to drive...much appreciated coming from balmy Victoria to freezing conditions as low as -31!Cons:
Not one thing negative except that this space shoilny exist for the Lethbridge National rental business!10.0 Wonderful

The staff was terrific! We didn't get the car we wanted because the people who had it before us didn't bring theirs back. So, the staff was more than accommodating.Cons:
I guess stress to people that the cars have to be returned on time. This is a remote and small business and they don't have hundreds of cars.7.2 Good

we were met at the train station by the proprietor of the East Glacier motel which also served as the Dollar Car contractor. She dropped us back at the station on our way home. Fast, easy, & pleasant! She was also very funny & entertaining. here's her motel: http://www.searsmotel.com/4.4 Mediocre

They picked me up at the train station decent customer service.Cons:
did not drop me off after I dropped the car off. forced to walk the .25 mile back to the train station with our bags. No military discounts, limited to 150 miles per day.10.0 Wonderful
