Check in was very under staffed. Royce the gentleman who checked us in was outstanding. Helpful,fun engaging and welcoming. The hotel location is perfect close to everything on the strip. The hotel is starting to show it's age.
I’ve stayed at PH before and I can decidedly say that this time was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The pillows were completely abysmal. They had been used and shrunk so much they were tiny squares. We raised several issues with the staff and exactly zero were addressed. Valet is horrible and unsupervised, so they really do not care and are rude. Management inside does not care and does not try to resolve any issues.
When we checked in they were out of 2 bedrooms entirely, even though I called to confirm earlier that day. Then we needed an additional towel and they were unable to supply anything over our 3 days there.
The computer systems were new and it took over an hour plus to get into the hotel. The online service should also explain that a $100 per day hold is excessive.
At least it’s on the strip, but hotel is falling apart. broken lights, broken elevator buttons, broken attractions, all with long lines to check in or out.
Three of my girlfriends & I stayed for 4 nights… No one ever came in to clean our room or empty garbages. We requested additional towels & washcloths that never came; we finally found a linen cart on our floor & snatched what we needed. The cold water faucet on the bathroom sink didn’t work, the entire faucet rotated when trying to turn it on. The pool situation is horrible. Either you get there b...

Phone in room was completely dusty. No self serve coffee in room and counter below the tv was dirty under the glass which looked rather gross. Window looking out of room was very dirty as well but view was great!!!
I like the location and access to the Miracle Mile. Our room was great, but house keeping didn’t vacuum. There was pet fur and hair on the floor and on the pillows and sheets. That changed my mind in coming back.
