Pros (+) The location is without a doubt beautiful- however you can tell the resort needs some updating. Simple things like softer lighting, modern decorations, and new furniture in common areas would truly make this place a five star hotel. Cons (-) Only bar/snack area onsite didn't open until 6pm. The main restaurant food was not very good, which is unfortunate because it's where the free breakfast came from. We needed staff to come turn the private room jacuzzi on and off (which they did right away, so that's a perk), and again, just a general outdated feel in the main areas.
