Pros (+) The price. The pool area actually looked clean and serviceable, although I didn't look closely.
Cons (-) The property was filthy, inside and out. The stoops and stairs to the entire block of rooms was caked in dried mud. The room was filthy, un-vacuumed, and disheveled when I arrived.
