Pros (+) Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, main thoroughfares and interstate. The hotel was very clean and updated.
Cons (-) Beds were uncomfortable but that is also personal choice and would not influence my staying there.
Pros (+) The room was wonderful. The view of the city was amazing as I was on the top floor & able to look out over the city.
Cons (-) The issue with my pricing. I was quoted one price over the phone & charged $100 more. That needs to be fixed.
