Pros (+) After we upgraded to a room with Ocean view the experience was wonderful.
Cons (-) The Key West View room we originally booked had an awful view of mostly other rooms, balconies, concrete and car park. You could see a bit of ocean from one corner of the balcony but to call that a room with a view was an exaggeration. We had to upgrade to get a nice view. The move to Ocean View room was expensive but totally worth it.

Pros (+) Ive stayed here before and had an excellent experience, which was what prompted me to return. Unfortunately, this time did not meet my expectations of a Waldorf property. Upon arrival there was not a single employee outside the hotel. I unloaded all luggage myself. There's NO ramp at this hotel, so i had to lug every suit case up the stairs.
