Pros (+) Great location and was upgraded to a suite (although only because they didn’t have another room ready) . Room was clean.
Cons (-) Arrive a few minutes after 3PM, there were 4 employees at the desk and one was with a customer. None of the employees greeted me. My room was not ready and had to wait an hour for them to clean it. The key reader on my door was also kind of finniky.

Cons (-) They make you sign pool towels out then even when you sign them back in you get a hidden charge! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I'll tell them to stay next door at the holiday inn where the staff are much friendlier the pool area is way better the price is cheaper and they don't make you sign out stupid pool towels!!!
