Pros (+) The room was clean and bathrooms cleaned up every day. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The shop was a little small for such a large hotel, breakfast was OK but not that good, and overall for that high price in Alabama I was expecting the common spaces to be a little better. The staff overall was nice except for one person that consistently felt like it was a chore to reply to my question.
Pros (+) We chose the hotel for the location, an easy walk from downtown for the city's marathon. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and luxury of the room, but even more thrilled by the warm and helpful staff - especially at the front desk and among the housekeeping staff. Thank you!
