The night before they were going to take my credit (chime credit not bank) . My son was stuck in Florida with his four year old. They wouldn’t rent it me, my. Ex husband went with exact same kind of card. And they rented go figure!

The combination of Avis and Budget led to confusion - on the pickup it was pretty clear but on the drop-off it was not very clear where and how the drop off should be done.

Great experience at the counter. The car was dirty and probably not cleaned yet. I think they were just so busy turning cars around. I with the 4 hours I had the car were cheaper. This is why I rated it the way I did.
