Pros (+) There was nothing to like.
Cons (-) Terrible facility. Old, smelly, incompetent staff, sketchy location and overall an awful experience.

Pros (+) It is located on I-45 which was very perfect for us as we wanted to stay close on this highway on our way to Galveston, TX.
Cons (-) The traffic is too much in this area but since we were staying overnight it didn't bother us. Also this hotel is located in lower income group.
