Pros: Came back from South Asia raving about this hotel. Can't believe the luxury, style and amenities. I've stayed in more expensive hotels but I've never stayed in better than this. The smartphone they provide you in room with free international calls and data and Internet made wandering Hong Kong so much easier. The breakfast buffet is vast and huge and fancy and delicious. And the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. All needs are thought of and anticipated. The staff are incredibly attentive, you feel like you're a VIP. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Six million stars.

Pros: From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service was extraordinary. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The rest of the facilities exude an approachable luxury that is likely to pamper any traveler. If included in the price of your stay, the buffet breakfast in The Market dining area is not to be believed. Foods from everywhere well prepared and exquisite service. Highly recommend staying here.
Cons: We dined in the top floor restaurant Above and Beyond and had the Peking Duck set menu with a wine pairing. Here, unfortunately, the highly attentive service became intrusive and absurd. For example, someone comes every minute to check on your table and rather than a casual glance this check includes a careful study. The servers would often jump in to do something unnecessary and pointless such as turning the water bottle so that the label faces you or randomly realigning items on the table in a fussy manner. And if you had the temerity to top off your own water glass, someone would jump in and grab the bottle form your hand. Aside form the overbearing service, the meal was only okay. The duck was tasty, but most of the other flavors were no more than ordinary. And the wine pairings were similarly undistinguished. Considering that the meal (at HKD 2000) was by far the most expensive one we had in 4 days in Hong Kong, it was a very poor value for money. I recommend going elsewhere despite the high rating this place receives on Trip Advisor.

Pros: We booked a club floor room and couldn’t have been happier. Great views, superb housekeeping, clean and comfortable. The club lounge is awesome - great breakfast, drinks and snack throughout most of the day, and terrific staff. The gym is really good for a hotel, with superb views too. The rooftop pool is lovely too. The location is super convenient to everything in Mong Kok as well as multiple MRT lines to go elsewhere.
Cons: Only minor complaint was that the room tended to stay very humid.

Pros: My entire family really enjoyed our 3 night stay here last week. Excellent amenities including a beautiful roof-top pool that was an oasis from the very hot city after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was great with something for everyone and we loved our location within the city.

Pros: I left my eyeglasses at hotel after checked out. By the time I noticed, it was already the next day. I phoned them and found out that the housekeeper had already placed a report of my eyeglasses. So I went to the hotel to pick up my glasses. Pros: Eaton HK is a modern hotel with a great vibe. It's located in close proximity to Jordan MTR (5min walk), Temple St Markets (2min walk) and Ladies Markets (15min walk). Nathan Rd has many stores to meet your needs and Starbucks is located on the corner if you're after a reasonable coffee. We stayed in a family room which comfortably accommodated 5 (kids 14, 12,12). The pool and gym are small but convenient. There are great eating facilities on-site, with an impressive buffet breakfast for those that like to eat in and an impressive range of cuisines on offer throughout the day and night. The staff were always on hand and very helpful. We highly recommend Eaton HK and would definitely stay again.

Cons: Waited a really really long time for a room. Promised us a room then we waited and waited after a long flight. Said they'd come to us randomly in 3 minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for room which we received at long last a little after 3 pm. ( arrived before noon) Then we had to wait an extra hour for them to find our luggage and bring it to the room. This meant a lot of lost time when time was of the essence in our trip. So, plan for this. Otherwise a great place. A lot of waiting in the cafe resto too. Hotel bar was top!

Cons: Housekeeping did not provide fresh bath mat often enough. They did not provide face clothes or other bathroom extras for my room. Whereas my friends' room was stocked w/the usual bathroom extras everyday. Worse part of stay was being awaken at 8am everyday by their renovation noises. Airport shuttle stop was 2 short blocks away, not in front of the hotel.

Pros: We were delighted to learn the barista at Cafe 1997 on level 3 had spent five years in Melbourne. The team really knew how to make a perfect double shot flat white and although I visited several other chains and independent coffee houses throughout my stay, no other coffees came close. Thank you! The rooftop bar has spectacular views over to Hong Kong Island and across Kowloon. We got to see the light show on our first night in town, and the staff were attentive. There was a two–for–one deal on drinks, but there was a minimum of one drink per person. Staff were very helpful and the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a large bathroom. There is no shortage of great food nearby and of course ready access to the MTR and buses. We chose this hotel on recommendation by our travel agent and I can see why so many of her clients have been pleased by this hotel.

Cons: We checked in and there was hammering and drilling in the room adjacent to ours. I called the front desk and they told me there was no construction happening. I held up the receiver and they heard it. I was later told it would stop by 6p, but that did not help us because we were exhausted and wanted to rest earlier in the afternoon.

Pros: You can enter the hotel from the MTR Jordan Station, which goes through a mall. Close to food and shopping. Rooms are on the larger side compared to other HK hotels.
Cons: The walls weren't the cleanest because of scratch from luggages. The shower tub should have a curtain or a sliding door to prevent water from spraying out. The desk in the room should be change so that it isn't awkward.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness, and it's well maintained. But the best part was the staff! They were very good...professional, and the front desk and concierge spoke english very well. The location is either love or hate. I loved it because it wasn't in the touristy areas, but yet 10 mins walk from Mong Kok. I stayed in 3 hotels in Hong Kong and so far this is my favorite! The value for the money is OUTSTANDING for the city!!! The decor was modern and very attractive. And I really did love the neighborhood it was in...just real and authentic Hong Kong people living their lives and you get to be part of all that action. At the end of the day, just outside the Mong Kok station, there is a small park with little asian older ladies doing Tai Chi until 11PM, and I would just sit there and watch as I rested my sore feet. And it was just very peaceful and relaxing.
Cons: The rooms are small, but it's to be expected. Beds are harder than western traveler's maybe used to. And it's about a 10 min walk to the MTR train stations. So after a long day of walking, it's not very convenient, but they do have a hotel shuttle running to a few of the nearby stations and other locations. You just have to catch it at the right time, or you'll have to wait another hour.

Pros: This is located only a few minutes from the MTR. The breakfast buffet was real food, scrambled eggs, tater tots, chicken nuggets, congee, fruit, a variety of meats and noodles with coffee and tea. It costs $55 HKD, so unless it is part of your room deal, you are just as well off going to McDonalds down the street. The staff are all helpful. Believe it or not, this really is a good deal for the area, being a big step up from a hostel without breaking the bank at other, much better hotels in the area. Think Knights Inn or Motel 6 or Super 8, and you'll be better prepared for the experience. We had an upgrade room with a refrigerator and safe, and that was the level of a Knights Inn single bedroom.
Cons: The rooms are very small, less than half the size of the average American hotel room with a single bed. The bed will be a severe trial for most western guests. I know I am tall, but there is no reason a 177 cm person should have their feet hanging off the edge of the bed. Sharing the bed with a much taller spouse meant one of us was contorted in strange angles in order for both of us to fit. I have grown accustomed to Chinese wood board mattresses, so the bed was actually a step up in that it had a centimeter thick pad over what is basically a box spring. The room was damp and smelled musty, and the shower was very tight. Also, the toilet stopped working (no water flow even though there was water in the shower and sink) for about 12 hours on the second day.
