Pros: From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service was extraordinary. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The rest of the facilities exude an approachable luxury that is likely to pamper any traveler. If included in the price of your stay, the buffet breakfast in The Market dining area is not to be believed. Foods from everywhere well prepared and exquisite service. Highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Came back from South Asia raving about this hotel. Can't believe the luxury, style and amenities. I've stayed in more expensive hotels but I've never stayed in better than this. The smartphone they provide you in room with free international calls and data and Internet made wandering Hong Kong so much easier. The breakfast buffet is vast and huge and fancy and delicious. And the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. All needs are thought of and anticipated. The staff are incredibly attentive, you feel like you're a VIP. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Six million stars.

Pros: My entire family really enjoyed our 3 night stay here last week. Excellent amenities including a beautiful roof-top pool that was an oasis from the very hot city after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was great with something for everyone and we loved our location within the city.

Pros: We like the proximity of this hotel to shopping and restaurants. All the different modes of transportation are very handy as well. We were also pleased that our rooms had a quite a good view of the harbor and HK Island, considering the hotel is one block of buildings back from the harbor.

Pros: They charge us from reception, 700 hk$ for access to internet, although we didn't registered and they had not to charge anything. the most of reception people were impolite (αγενεισ). the breakfast to the 12th floor was very very poor. το πρωινο του ξενοδοχειου στον 12ο οροφο ηταν φτωχοτατο.

Pros: This is a good hotel in every aspect. A particular attraction is the rooftop swimming pool. The location is attractive.

Pros: The room and amenities of the hotel were very good (and would cost more in a major Canadian city which surprised me) and very easy connection from the airport via train and less than a $5 taxi ride. I also received a free upgrade to a very nice harbour view / ocean view room.

Pros: i recieved a room upgrade for no charge and thought that was very i also thought the staff was friendly and caring.....also the concierage answered all our questions regarding directions and eating places in a very easy and informative manner....he even printed out a walking map for us.....transport to and from hotel was simple and very easy to do.

Pros: Small and cozy for family of four. The concierge staff were fantastic, they direct us to the places of interest whether it is by bus, tram, electric bus or MTR, they give clear informations that really help.

Pros: This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central, but the MTR and hotel shuttles make it very easy to get there. The breakfast buffet was particularly good and reasonably priced (compared to American hotels). Seems like a nice place to host a business event.

Pros: Beautiful looking hotel. I missed my connecting flight and arrived after 1pm on the day of checkout. Staff allowed me to stay until after late checkout with no extra fees and were extremely helpful. Room was well appointed.

Pros: We got an upgrade which was much appreciated. We were able to check in earlier than expected. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to please. Some engaged us in friendly conversation for half an hour or more. A real highlight was the view from the 41st floor - a truly stunning vista that took in both the island and the mainland. We were the first guests ever to order food in this lofty venue and we sampled most of the delicacies - all fabulous. The hotel is situated in an unimposing area - among the motor shops of North Point - but the setting turned out to be propitious. We felt separated from the jostle of the crowds in the more traditional, "touristy" settings. This ultra-smart, ornately designed hotel became a true holiday haven.

Pros: Hotel a little over-rated and riding a bit off the back of having two of Hong Kongs best restaurants in the same building. Locaion a bit out of the way for most things you might want to see / do. Staff did their best to get me an early check-in as I arrived at 8am. Others arriving just after we less lucky.

Pros: The location is a stone throw away from major shopping malls at Causeway Bay Hong Kong. It has complimentary bus service by Airport Shuttle H2 from Hong Kong station. Room size is good for Hong Kong standard. Gym is in basement 3, not big, but no views, no service staff, but open 24 hrs enter by hotel room key. There is a small pool on 32nd floor roof top with sweeping views. Good thing is via booking.com, you can cancel the booking up to 2 days before the travelling date. You do not pay online and settle the bill directly with the hotel only when you check out of the hotel.

Pros: very good location but bad service for a 5 star hotel. When we ordered pizza hut delivery late at night they asked us to come down to get it instead of bringing it to us. there was mold/mildew in the shower and the shower stall is badly designed and tiny.

Pros: I was coming out of a month of kung fu training in the Yunnan province and wanted to stay somewhere comfortable, in a good location, with a better price. Charterhouse greatly exceeded my expectations!! They were very accommodating in all categories and had by far the best hotel gym I've ever been to. I would definitely stay here for your first night getting your bearings in Hong Kong in comfort and ease.
