Pros:
Quick pickup and answered questions. Upon return I explained to the gentleman that I needed assistance to get to terminal 2, as I use crutches. His reply was "Let's make it happen" and he dropped me off at the terminal. Made my day!!Cons:
Location was a bit of a hassle to get to and not easy to find on return. GPS needs update as it was difficult to input tourist sites and even location of return.8.4 Very good

Did not like lack of baggage space. There were too many blind spots, windows too small. Passenger space in the back was cramped and the seat backs in front combined with small window viewing made it hard for passengers to enjoy the scenery. A GPS wou ld have also been helpful.10.0 Wonderful

Nothing about Sixt but Kayak conformation did not include the "security code" so i could not change my reservation through the web site. However i contacted them via email and they made my changes and sent a Sixt conformation with "security code "Alamo
