Pros: So much care is taken at this hotel to make your stay feel special. Pick-up from the airport with the chilled face towels and friendly driver was so appreciated. Check-in was so smooth. The décor in the room and around the hotel was incredible, and the grounds with all the greenery just feels so calming. The breakfast buffet out of this world. We loved the attentiveness of the pool staff with complimentary treats throughout the day. The ceviche at Sugarsand was fantastic, and then for sunset you just have to wander 50 metres to a beach bar. Heaven. The biggest differentiator here was the staff and their friendliness. Thanks to them our stay was 110% better than any expectations.

Pros: Modern, fresh design, very comfortable rooms, good WiFi, superb staff. Conveniently located in Sanur with several good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, and the Bali Bakery Sanur is located in the hotel right off the lobby, where you can get coffee, pastry, juices, and full meals. Nice swimming pool and deck. Not on beach, but has arranged guest beach privileges with nearby hotel. I always stay here when in Sanur, and hope to stay here again. Highly recommended.
