Guests say
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's clean rooms, convenient and accessible location, and good value for the price. Many highlight the spaciousness of the rooms and the helpfulness of staff in positive experiences. However, several reviews mention issues with service, such as slow or inattentive staff, unfulfilled special requests, and problems with amenities like air conditioning and outlets. Some guests also note the need for facility updates and better management in areas like parking. Despite these negatives, the overall impression is favorable, especially for short stays and budget-conscious travelers.
