Not being frowned upon fir using a third party agency to book what should of been my rental. Having the truck I reserved or anything to accommodate the size of the vehicle I rented. The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out. It had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke inside. The staff was not helpful at all and said that no other vehicle was available. I should have canceled and requested a refund!!Cons:

It was a surprise that on top of the payment I owed $80 in taxes. This negated the benefit of this transaction vs other reservations. Then, my flight arrived at 9PM. Hertz was closed. I could not get a rental car for one night as none were available so I had to Uber for $60 more. So not reserving here next time.10.0 Wonderful

Picking the car and reservation was easy and the customer service woman was awesome, if I had warning on the deposit this would have been an amazing experienceCons:
There was lack of information online about there being a double your cost deposit so I went unprepared and I live 30 min from the nearest pick up. If it would have been posted online that you'll need double your total in a deposit I would have gotten things prepared with my credit card.
