hotel is old but nice, large rooms, windows very spotty, when the sun shines on them it is almost impossible to see anything through them. lighting is low in the rooms. bathroom doesn't have a fan. staff is very nice. no breakfast while we were there.

Pros (+) The staff is very pleasant when you can find them.
Cons (-) Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. Mold in shower. 3 of us were staying in suite but they only provided 2 towels and never brought more despite 2 calls to desk. Facilities are worn, tile falling off baseboard. Temperature in room was too warm and there was no ac.

Pros (+) Great location on the waterfront in the city center. The suite is huge and comfortable.

Pros (+) Good location, able to walk to some nice places in either direction.
Cons (-) Was not as put together as i would have liked, outlet in bathroom was broken, sink was slow to drain, biggest issue was the mildew smell coming from the ac. But all and all decent place for the location. Just dont expect perfection.
