Pros (+) Free hot breakfast. Comfortable beds. Reservation change made with no problems.
Cons (-) TV remote didn't work twice. Keycards didn't work twice. Unfriendly staff encounntered twice. Beds not made twice. Week-long stay was acceptable at best.
Pros (+) The employees were amazing. They helped us out when we asked for a favor & i REALLY appreciated that. My kids loved the pool. The room was large.
Cons (-) The room was so dirty. There were literal “sprays” of something all up the shower & by the toilet paper roll (so disgusting). The breakfast was meh. Soggy eggs & sausage. The location is ok — it was about 15 min from Garden of the Gods which in the grand scheme of things is totally fine but there are tons of options that are literally 2 min away. The pool was gross.
