Pros (+) This is a great location on the beach but it could use some remodeling.great spot to watch space launches on the beach or balcony
Cons (-) They need to clean a little better, I actually had to clean before my family used the bathroom and countertop, table top surfaces etc. Definitely should remove the carpet since people return to their rooms after being at the beach and pool and it is hard to keep clean.

Cons (-) Check-in was delayed by hours! apparently due to computers down, management was more concerned about not disturbing their own staff and had no interest in guests, management was unqualified in operating without a computer system.
Pros (+) An unexpeted surprise. First time staying at this hotel, beautiful beach front. We could certainly tell that someone is taking care of this place too, although parts of it are a bit dated, our room/building was completely remodeled and CLEAN, one of the pools was brand new and the grounds and room was very clean. Cons (-) The front entrance of the hotel is a bit misleading, meaning it's much better that it looks from the road. I was totally impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place.

Pros (+) We liked that the hotel was centrally located from restaurants, shops, Port Canaveral and even a good distance from Kennedy Space Center
Cons (-) The description and photos of the hotel were misleading. Their definition of queen-size beds was in reality a double bed. The mattresses were comfortable, but the bed frame was wobbly so if you move the whole bed shakes. The room was very small but had been refurbished, so the bathroom was the nicest in terms of decor.
