Pros (+) It desperately needs refurbishing. The rooms would be adequate if not so dingy. The gym is not worthy of that description since you could not turn around in it. And the hotel policies were odd to the point of being inhospitable - the room did not have an international convertor plug and we have to check one out fr the front desk.
