Drop off in CBD could have been better explained. We called the hotline and was read what was available online. Perhaps more descriptive / photographic instructions would have made it easier. We went round and round the carpark looking for the drop box.

The Car was great and the service and shuttle good. The Insurance excess policy from Prosura was a joke and was not accepted by Turnballs, therefore i had no excess cover in place for the duration of the hire.
