The original Avis representative at check-in had asked me if I wanted GPS. I said no, and although I can speak some German I was tired after a long flight and signed the contract without noting that I was paying for additional GPS that I did not ask for. Upon returning the vehicle I spoke once again to a different person at the counter telling her the situation and was given a credit for the GPS2.0 Poor

Staff was friendly at the counter but the agency was horrible. Ended up having to go to another vendor to obtain a vehicle.Cons:
This is one of two car rental agencies that insists that you pay for the insurance policy even though you have other comprehensive coverage - this effectively doubles the cost of the rental. This was not apparent on the website. The staff person I dealt with indicated that it was present in "very very fine print." Both I and the person ahead of me who also appeared to be a seasoned traveler then had to make alternate arrangements. This cost me an additional two hours at the airport when I had a long drive to make after a long flight.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The location demanded that I obtain insurance and pay USD 500 before they would give me the car since I did not have a copy of my insurance showing that rental cars were covered. Who cares a copy of their insurance disclosures? If I had known, I would have obtained a copy before I left the US. Thus, I had to call my insurance company at my expense and have them email a copy that I could then email to the renal counter. I will not use Kayak nor Hertz for a rental car again and will tell all of my friends to not use them also. Not happy.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Very difficult to find the shuttle. Took a long time to get the shuttle back. It is hard to find the location when returning the car as they don't have any maps and there are no signs indicating how to get there from anywhere on the road. It is not at parkplatz Hirsch as advertised (though they share a shuttle) it is on an isolated road. The shuttle is at parking lot 29 and there is no map to that in the airport. It took a lot of question asking and about 45 minutes to find the shuttle location. Not at all obvious. Would not rent again from here.9.2 Wonderful
