Pros:

I have been renting cars at Malpensa for over a decade. Recently I had a bad experience with another car rental agency and was very nervous about renting a car again. However, This experience was fantastic and I would recommend Anyone to use Alamo/National/Enterprise/Locauto when in need of a car in Milan.

Cons:

Nothing. Truly fantastic.

The vehicle was great and the drop off process and employees was also great. However the pickup process was horrible. A small crowded area where way too many people were waiting. There were about 10 employees behind the counter with only 3 windows open. In all it took over an hour wait there before I got to speak with someone

Horrible. We got screwed on this deal to the tune of $600! Apparently there are two different Avis drop off locations at one and the same Geneva airport. Avis claims we dropped the car off at the wrong Avis location and is charging us $600 even though the locations are less than a mile apart. I’m all about principle, so if we left the rental in the wrong location (why didn’t they say anything upon returning the car?) if there’s some small fee like $50, I could understand that, But $600 is straight up highway robbery! Stay away from Avis! Obviously I’m disputing this charge and if they end up correcting it, I will change this review to a positive one. But if they don’t correct it I will make sure to never again rent from Avis, and I will make sure all my friends and business associates will know about what happened here.
