Some Böblingen car providers already include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection Waiver into the rental price but not all of them. We recommend always be aware of your coverage when renting a car in in Böblingen.
Keep in mind that car rental insurances often have a deductible clause, which is the amount you’ll have to pay if something happens during the time of your rental. If you want to avoid unwanted surprises, you should consider adding a no-deductible option to your Böblingen car rental.
Pros: NothingCons: Total BS. Tried to tell us that rental requires MANDATORY added insurance that would TRIPLE the cost of the rental. Screw that. We have our German green insurance card and gold cards. We don't need added BS insurance. We took our business elesewhere.

They find a way to gouge you.Pros: The online price was great. The vehicle availability was great. The vehicle was clean inside.Cons: They said they wouldn't take a VAT because "you're already getting a low price" - like taxes have anything to do with what they make. They did the check-out inspection on a vehicle that had multiple dents and scratches already. On check-in, they found a "new one" on the edge of a wheel rim and charged me over 200 Euros for it (couldn't dispute becuase, really, when was the last time you looked for dings on the rims of a rental?).

Pros: The vehicle was better than I thought it would be. It was a really good price considering the size of the vehicle I rented (7+ passenger van).Cons: They wouldn't take a VAT form because it was a Dollar/Thrifty rental even though I paid at the rental location and not online because they said Dollar/Thrifty rentals were already discounted, even though that shouldn't have anything to do with taxes.
