We did not use this rental service. When we arrived at the office the person handling the car rental was very difficult. So we left and went to another company - which was wonderful. A number if problems occurred with Europcar: -The person at the desk was incredibly difficult and had no manners or communication skills - They wanted a colored copy of my husband's passport. We only use black and white prints and never take our original copies on a road trip in Mexico. IF it is necessary to bring the original passport it should be written on the conformation. - I booked the car rental in my husband's name because he was the main driver, and if I wanted to add my name on the contract he was going to charge a much higher rate than the one we booked. He was impossible to deal with. Please cancel this booking and credit my credit card.
