We had a 9am pick up time and got to the pick up location on time only to find a sign that said “be back in 30 minutes”. When the employees finally showed up they gave us a car that was very damaged. We took the car and once we got on the freeway the car was violently shaking so we had to go back and exchange the car for another. That vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas so we had to stop and get gas. This all caused major delays in our travel.Reviewed Apr 22 2024

Once we had the car, everything was fine. The process to get the car was frustrating. It wasn't available when we arrived so the agent tried to sneak us into a compact size car not a standard size car. When I questioned that, it was like I was the one with the problem. So then we had to wait to have a standard size car cleaned. Didn't seem like there was any urgency to try and help us to get us out of there.Reviewed Apr 22 2024

We waited 30 minutes for our rental vehicle before they finally gave us another one that was not washed or cleaned out. They were unable to find the vehicle that the customer agent had assigned to us. The drop off line to enter the garage was long. No problem with pickup or the car itself. But very unorganized and confusing during the drop-off. I was told to leave the keys in the car and wasn't given a receipt. And then they charged me for an extra day + refueling costs. Hopefully will be receiving a refund!Reviewed Apr 21 2024
