Book Budget car rentals in Port Au Prince

Pros: It was terrible... They changed the price on me, they was trying to charge me $200 more... i ended up not getting the car

Worst rental experience

Pros: The fact that it was even a car. I got double charged and no one seemed to care.

Cons: I booked online for a car rental and expected it to be easy peezy; this wasn't the case. I walked in to the rental office where they had no electronics of any kind. Not only did they not have any of my information on file but they didn't even bother to look it up by calling someone. I had to start over and manually fill everything out for them. I booked a second time and paid a deposit of $700! Now I'm over $1000, with no hopes of getting any money back, before I've even left the office. My original booking was for a 2017 Hyundai Accent or similar. Instead, I got a 1994 Nissan that was barely hanging on! The back left tire was flat and I HAD TO CHANGE IT MYSELF! Absolutely terrible service and experience. I would like some money back or credits or I will never be using Budget/Kayak again

No internet / no computer network it's like primit

Pros: They didn't Have my reservation on file. I hand up renting the same car for three time the price of the reservation.

Cons: They didn't have a car for me...I had to rent from other company

Cons: No agent was present at the airport and no vehicle were available! We were left stranded without transportation, at night, in port au Prince! Thanks for nothing.

I cancelled

Pros: They didn't provided all the info about requirements when booked the car rental when I reach to pick up the car they asked $2500.00 deposit despite I had already purchased insurance when I made the reservation, which I didn't get reimburse despite cancel reservation and they were no number to call to get my insurance money back. Unprofessionalism.

Pros: The AC in the car did not work well. When I try to return the car to get a new one. They told me they did not any more cars. I am only going to used for 3 more days. They took a down deposit for $3500. I thinks that was to much. After forcing me to get they budget's car insurance.

Cons: I placed a reservation with Budget and brought the Allianz insurance, got to Haiti to tell me I needed to purchase additional insurance and have a minimum dollar of 3,000 on my credit card. I had went with a local rental company instead.
