Pros:The staff was fine. See issue below...Cons:I had an approved confirmation for my reservation. When I got to the airport, I was told by the Budget staff that my account is blocked (This did not know why) and therefore, they can't rent the car per the reservation. I had to rent a car in other company which cost me double the price. Really Bad.Reviewed Mar 24 2019
