The pickup process was not good. Budget was the only company with a wait at Little Rock airport and it was long. There were two extra staff, but they did not help the one person working the counter. It was silly and took well over an hour to get a car.Reviewed Dec 29 2024

Pros:Staff at counter and when return vehichle very friendly and professional.Cons:Car I reserved was not available. So I could wait or settle for a Van. Not a fan of the mini vans, but took it so I didn't have to wait.Reviewed May 1 2021
