I accidentally put my pickup time as noon, but arrived at 10 am. I was peremptorily told by the clerk that they would refuse to allow me to pickup my rental until 11:50 at the earliest. She didn't even try to see if a vehicle in my class was ready. (I rented a 15 passenger van- I saw 8-10 ready on the lot.) No budging. The manager gave me the same attitude- just didn't care, couldn't be bothered about the HUGE inconvenience they put me to, with my family of 6 in tow. And then when I came back, the manager tried to give me some small SUV, which betrayed his lack of attention to serving me well. Utterly disappointing.Reviewed Aug 31 2026

Car class reserved 2 weeks in advance was "unavailable". Rental counter provide an alternate vehicle, but the vehicle had fairly significant front end accident damage, was dirty outside (HEAVY coating of dead bugs) and inside (cargo area had lots of dog hair and mud), and one of the rear seats was not functioning / movable. Not a great experience with a planned and reserved in advance rental.Reviewed Oct 19 2025

It was fine, but when they wash the cars, they need to wash the INSIDE of the windshield. It was very difficult to see at night and we had to wash it ourselves for safety driving especially at night.Reviewed Nov 9 2024

I booked through Kayak and upon arrival at my destination they informed me they didn't accept the payment type I carry. “If you had booked through our website you would have known that.” I was really frustrated and thankful another company had me covered and even price-matched so I wasn't bent over a barrel due to the situation.Reviewed Apr 29 2024
