Having read previous reviews, I was pretty scared, but to my surprise everything went quite well. Everything was explained and made understandable. Only thing that ruined the full experience was driving out of the parking garage. It was really narrow and last turn was so hard to make with the car that I rented so I curbed one rim and horror movie started to play in my head. Just to be sure I took full coverage to the car and I wasn’t charged. Staff was also very friendly at the pick-up and drop-off. Overall it was good experience with Budget.Reviewed Dec 24 2025

Booked via Kayak, for $45 per day. Turned out to be $85 per day because bullshit story about insurances eg $10/day extra if you go across border to Germany or Italy. Left without renting the car TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEReviewed Feb 11 2024
