The vehicle was supposed to be at an offsite location. I hailed an Uber at the airport and went to the location at around 4pm on 3/3. It was closed, no one alerted me. Cost me $40 to go back to the airport. There were no other rental cars available. We had to hire a Lyft ride to take us from Grand Junction to Aspen.Reviewed Mar 4 2024
