The only thing that was not perfect was that the balcony could have done with a clean. Other than that the hotel was fantastic. The metro and river ferry access were both next to each othe and just a 5 mins walk away.

Pros (+) Friendly, professional staff. Genuinely concerned about the well being of guests. Location very central to transportation, sights, places to walk, etc., Room amenities excellent as well as city view!

Pros (+) The location is really good--close to shopping and food.
Cons (-) The quality and variety of the breakfast buffet has gone down since my last stay last year at the same time. The dianxin was cold! I also didn't like the pillows on the bed--they were too big and I couldn't use them during my sleep.
